Praise in the Bible
Let’s begin with the word Hallelujah. It’s what we think of first when we talk about worshiping God.
But it is actually two words in one. Hallelu, which means to praise joyously and Jah which is a part of the name of the Lord.

We find this word for praise in the Bible in both the Old Testament and the New Testament.
