Returns and Shipping Policy
Master’s Hand Collection™ strives for excellence. I create each work of art with you in mind. And I pray they will encourage you to see God’s hand in your life every day!
My goal is always for you to be happy with your purchase. However, I know there may be times when things don’t go as planned. So, here are the policies regarding returns, damaged or misprinted items, and shipping…
Please read carefully.
Master’s Hand Collection™ operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. ALL SALES ARE FINAL as orders are custom printed for each customer after the order is received.
Once you have completed an order it is not possible to edit or cancel that order. However, if you need to make a change to something like your address, etc., please contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. I am not obligated to make such modifications to your order, but I will do my very best on a case-by-case basis.
I do not accept returns or exchanges in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact me with any further questions before ordering.)
Damaged or Misprinted items
I want you to be happy with your art purchase. So, the last thing I want is for you to receive a damaged or misprinted item. If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, please email me at email@example.com within 7 days. I will gladly replace your item at no charge to you!
Order never arrived
Because Master’s Hand Collection™ operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service, it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if the carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such a case, Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.
Please check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, I’ll be happy to send you another order to the correct address. Unfortunately, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct and your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let me know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and use the subject line Order Never Arrived. I’ll look into it right away and see what can be done.
Help with Digital Product Downloads
If you’re having trouble downloading or printing your digital art purchase, please follow these instructions…
- Check your email, including your junk or spam folder. You should have received a receipt that includes a link to download your purchase(s).
- Click the link.
- Save to your computer in a place you can find the folder easily. (I like to save them in my Documents folder.)
- Go to the folder where you saved the art and open it.
- Print the art or save it to a flash drive and take it to a print shop.

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be shipped on average within 3-5 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
