For most people, Halloween is a dark and mysterious day filled with ghosts and goblins. But for Christians, this is a confusing holiday. Do we dress up and pass out candy to the neighborhood kids, or just close the door and leave the light off?

Personally, I like to spend this day reflecting on the glorious light of my Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

So, please allow me to share this scripture with you…

Blessed be Your glorious name,
Which is exalted above all blessing and praise!

Nehemiah 9:5 NKJV

What immediately comes to mind when you read this Bible verse about the Lord’s name? Can you think of a time when God did something amazing in your life?

Like me I’m sure, you can recall quite a few of those moments.

So, to celebrate Halloween, let’s look back and remember all the Lord has done for us this past year. And bless His glorious name together!
