My goal is always for you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Because all products in this shop are digital, please read the policy below carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Digital Product Policy

Master’s Hand Collection™ sells digital, downloadable products only, including but not limited to devotionals, Bible studies, workbooks, journals, printable art, templates, courses, and other PDF-based resources.

Because of the nature of digital products:

All sales are final
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered
No cancellations are available once an order is completed

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked.

Gift cards purchased from the Master’s Hand Collection™ shop are also non-refundable.

Accessing Your Digital Downloads

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with download links for your digital products. You can also access your downloads directly from your order confirmation page.

If you do not see the email right away, please check your junk or spam folder.

To download your files:

Open the download link from your email or order confirmation page
Save the file to your computer or device
Open the file using a PDF reader
Print at home, use digitally on a tablet, or send to a local print shop

Some files may be large, and download times can vary depending on your internet connection.

All products are delivered digitally, and no physical items will be mailed.
