Because of His Love Psalm 91:14 Free Scripture Art

What is the meaning of Psalm 91:14?

Psalm 91:14 reminds us of God’s unending love for us. And because of His love, He promises to deliver us.

This Bible verse about God’s love for us shows His true character, fully loving and good. He is our protector who holds us close when the storms of life hit us hard.

He is our loving Father who hugs us tightly and wraps us in His love when we need comfort.

So, let’s read this great scripture together…

Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.

Colossians 1:13 Free Bible Verse for Halloween Printable Art

Looking for a Bible verse for Halloween?

This verse is a beautiful reminder of our forgiveness of sin and redemption through the blood of Jesus!

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Colossians 1:13-14 NKJV

Not long ago, I was asked about the blood of Jesus and why Christians would talk about such a thing. It may seem strange, even macabre to people who are not believers to talk about blood. But it is the sacrifice of Jesus and His blood that gives us salvation. Through no other means but the blood of Jesus are we forgiven and redeemed! By His blood, we can enter into the kingdom of heaven.

I hope you have a safe and fun Halloween. And that you will take time out this holiday to remember the loving sacrifice of the One who died to set you free.

Psalm 27:13 Free Printable Bible Verse Wall Art for Fall

I would have lost heart

We all have times when we want to give up. When it seems like nothing good will ever happen again. Or like all is lost no matter how hard we try to get it back. But the Lord’s goodness is always with us.

Here are some inspirational words from King David to help us face these times and not lose heart…

I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living.

                                        Psalm 27:13 NKJV

The meaning of this Bible verse is clear. Just when we think we’ll never make it, God’s goodness shows up and makes a way through the hard times!

And we can remain confident in our faith in both the good and bad times because Jesus is with us every step of the way.

In the good times, He is our champion, pushing forward to bigger and better things.

In the bad times, He is our confidant and comforter, reminding us of happier memories and giving us the strength to keep going.

So, if you are experiencing a time like this verse from Psalm 27 describes, don’t despair. Look up and see the Lord’s goodness all around you. Blessings and spiritual inspiration are sure to flow!

Be reminded of the goodness of God and inspired for the spiritual road ahead.

Monday Motivation- All Thy Breakers Psalm 42:7

Do you feel overwhelmed by life? Does it seem like you go from one crisis to the next? The psalmist understood this perfectly when he wrote, All Your breakers and Your waves have passed over me. If it feels like you’re drowning, this Bible Verse for Hard Times has the answer… Turn to Jesus and allow Him to rescue you from the deep!

A Love Poem – 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

A Love Poem 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Today, I would like to share with you a poem my mother wrote many years ago. It’s a take on the Bible Verse from 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. This passage of scripture is something we are all familiar with. It is often read at weddings and so when we hear it our thoughts naturally turn to a romantic kind of love.

But this love poem refers to the love that Jesus has for each one of us. His love is perfect love, full of hope and forgiveness. And He freely gives His love to those of us who love Him and are called by His name.

Valentine’s Day is almost here. Some of us are looking forward to spending time with the love of our life and some of us are still looking for that special someone. No matter which camp you fall into, I pray that you will know the love of Jesus and join me in celebrating a life lived for and with Him.

God bless you and your love this Valentine’s Day!

Love
Love is patient
But is not slow
Love is kind
Much more than we know
Love is not jealous
But is God’s plan
Love is not boastful
And on it we stand
Love is not rude
But covers our sin
Love isn’t vengeful
It cleanses within
Love endures all
And Christ’s blood set us free
Love never fails
So free we will be.

Psalm 32:10 Free Printable Scriptures for Halloween

If you’re looking for some great scriptures for Halloween, you’ve come to the right place!

This verse is about comparing the acts of the wicked with those of someone who trusts in God. A perfect topic to discuss this time of year.

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked;
But he who trusts in the Lord, mercy shall surround him.

Psalm 32:10 NKJV

Psalm 32:10 speaks to how the wicked will not have God’s help when they are in need and will feel sorrowful because of it.

But the person who trusts in the Lord will have mercy when they find themselves in a similar situation.

When I read this or other scriptures for Halloween, I ask myself,…Which category do I want to be in? The wicked or the one who trusts in God?

For me, the answer is simple, but not always easy to live up to. I want to have mercy and grace, so I choose to follow God and His will.

I know, it’s easier said than done sometimes. But you can never go wrong when you follow God and allow His will to prevail in your life!

The Psalms are full of different comparisons between the wicked and the godly. Each one is a testament to how God protects and provides for His children. I encourage you to look them up and discover new ways to live a godly life and experience God’s love and protection this Halloween and year-round.

With God All Things Are Possible Free Bible Verse Printable

Is there anything too big for God to handle?

In Mark 10:27  Jesus tells us… with God all things are possible!

In the scriptures just before this one, Jesus used the illustration of a camel passing through the eye of a needle as a way of describing how difficult it is for a rich man to be saved. As we know, it is completely impossible for a camel to go through a needle’s eye.

But this is where God comes in. There is nothing too difficult for Him! As this Bible verse about the greatness of God attests…with Him the impossible becomes possible.

These same words of Jesus are repeated in Matthew 19:26. Making it clear, with God nothing is impossible! God cares about every part of our lives. The big, overwhelming things that pull us down. And the smallest, most intimate problems we face. They are all important to God.

So, if you’re facing an uphill battle today, put your faith in Him and see the possibilities of His greatness unfold in your life today.

Monday Motivation – Philippians 4:7

In this Bible verse, Paul uses a military term to remind us of this truth… The peace of God is like a garrison of soldiers, protecting and surrounding our hearts and minds at all times. This peace keeps us safe from any enemy or outside force that would come against us. So, today let’s meditate on the peace of God, which surpasses understanding and be strengthened by the knowledge that He is always our best defense.

Free Bible Verse Wall Art – Habakkuk 3:19

Habakkuk 3:19 tells us…

The Lord God is my strength;
He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills.

This Bible Verse from Habakkuk 3 is about finding strength in God when the future looks unsure, and life leaves us feeling weak.

It speaks to the truth of who God is by calling Him “the Lord God”.

This name of God translates to, Adonai, which means “my strength”.

When times are tough, it’s Adonai’s strength we’re searching for.

The strength to persevere in the most difficult circumstances. The strength to keep going when all you want to do is give up. And the strength to rejoice in the God of our salvation when joy seems worlds away.

This scripture promises… if we will put our trust in the Lord God, He makes our feet sure-footed just like a deer on a steep mountain cliff. Full of confidence for the rocky road ahead.

And He will lift us up from the low places we’re in and make us walk on the high hills of life once more.

May you be blessed by the truth of who Adonai is in your life. And reminded that He is your strength in times of trouble!

Monday Motivation – Song of Solomon 2:12

There are so many Bible verses about flowers blooming! And spring is the perfect time to reflect on them and this brief moment of beauty God bestows on us each year. This scripture from Song of Solomon is one of my favorites. It describes the joy of winter finally ending. And the excitement of a new season, not just a new page on the calendar, but a new beginning in our lives too. Be blessed my friend, a new season has arrived!

Monday Motivation – Zechariah 10:1

Spring is finally here! And if April showers bring May flowers, then we’re in for a beautiful show of pastel-colored blooms this year! Because outside my window, there is a downpour of rain, spring rain. It will wash away the remains of a long dark winter and usher in a new season. Flowers will begin to blossom and trees will start to bud. The birds will return soon and bring their song with them.

Yes, the grandeur of Spring is about to arrive on the earth. But what about in our hearts? Spring is a time for new beginnings for us too. And a perfect time to leave behind the past and move forward. This Bible Verse about spring rain is an invitation to ask for and receive an abundant outpouring of God’s love and faithfulness. It’s a reminder of God’s promise to care for us even in the toughest of times. If we ask, He will take the barren parts of our lives and turn them into a blossoming garden. So, whatever hurt or disappointment lingers in your heart, give it to God and let Him usher in a new season in your life today! Be blessed this Spring and always! 🙂

Monday Motivation – Deep Calls to Deep Psalm 42:7

Would you like to fully grasp the meaning of deep calls to deep? It is a longing from deep inside of us to understand what is deep inside of God. To be close to Him and have a real fellowship with the One true God.

There will be times when it seems like the waves are taking us down and we’re sinking fast under the weight of life’s demands. But God’s promises are still true. He will never leave us or forsake us. He is still there, lifting us up and keeping our heads above water. So, if you feel like you are drowning, stand firm on the promises of God. As you ponder the meaning of this verse I encourage you to go deeper and let God’s love pour over you like a waterfall. He is calling you deeper.

Why did Jesus Die on the Cross? – Hebrews 12:2

Do you wonder… Why did Jesus die on the cross?

The simple answer is, He died for you! You are the reason Jesus endured the agony of the cross. He died because He loves you and He wants to spend eternity with you. And through His death and resurrection, Jesus has set you free from sin!

Here’s what Hebrews 12:2 says about the reason Jesus died on the cross for our sins …

looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 12:2

So, focus your eyes on Jesus and trust in Him. He has already done the hard part. All we have to do is believe.

If you still have questions about what it means to accept Jesus as your Savior, read Accepting Jesus and learn how He will change your life forever. Blessings to you!

Monday Motivation – Hebrews 12:1

Have you ever gone on a walk with ankle weights on? Do you remember the relief of taking them off when the walk was over? The burden of sin weights us down just like those ankle weights. And sin separates us from God keeps us from doing all that He has for us. In this Bible verse from Hebrews 12:1, the Apostle Paul tells us that we can set down the weight of our sin. Then and only then will we be able to run the race of the Christian life. So, drop the weight of your sin at the Savior’s feet and run fast friends. Keep your eyes on Jesus!
